I am intrigued by so many things that my mind bounces from idea to technique and back again. When the two meet in the right places I get a piece that I am pleased with.
I love pattern and also play with textiles and I am finding ways to incorporate fabric and clay. Adding other materials like wire into my work is great fun. I love throwing forms and altering them. Alternative firing methods is also a current interest. I am really happy when my work makes people smile.
